Postpone on Convening of 3rd Board Meeting

 

The Board Meeting scheduled in upcoming June 27, 4:00 PM at The Ocean Resort has been postponed to July due to internal and external circumstances.

 

The Board Meeting scheduled on July will be held for two days with retreat and the attendants will be moving to Ganghwado Island after a brief meeting at the office in July 3rd (Fri) 3:00 PM.

 

I ask for your understanding and cooperation.

 

I’d like to make a short report on affairs. We are currently promoting Isang Yun Prize (tentative name) and we decided to get candidate recommendations from over 50 UNESCO Creative Cities in the world, receive opinions from 200 music experts in Korea, have the panel to select one person or one organization, and grant the prize with prize money of 30,000 dollars.

 

The awarding ceremony will be held in Camp Greaves in Paju as scheduled.

 

Also, we are working on holding Seoul Peace Music Festival at Camp Greaves in Paju as scheduled regardless of COVID-19.

 

Two events are both scheduled on October 11 (Awarding Ceremony = 4 : 00 PM, Seoul Peace Music Festival = 7:00 PM).

 

Also, Yeongju Noh who had been working as the Administrative Director transferred to office of national assembly member, Jongyun Choi and Gyuhong Song (010-7388-7118) has been appointed for replacement.
