Conversation at Tongyeong

In June 26, Chairman Gehryeun Shin visited Tongyeong with the gathering of religious people for national reconciliation, visited the house where Suja Lee (Isang Yun’s wife) and Jeong Yun (Isang Yun’s daughter) live, and visited Tongyeong International Music Hall and Yun’s grave.

Chairman Shin and gathering of religious people visited Tongyeong to cheer the families of Yun and to support regardless of religion. Also, there was a session for a short conversation with Pomnyun.

Chairman Shin participated and listened to the conversation with Pomnyun which was held at the small auditorium of Isang Yun Memorial Hall with 30 attendants due to COVID-19.

Chairman Shin said “The gathering of religious people visited Tongyeong and it shows their deep interest on Isang Yun and his music. I sincerely hope that such interest would expand more proper evaluation on Isang Yun.”
